Refund Policy for Template

Thank you for choosing our Framer template. We aim to provide high-quality digital products and a seamless experience. However, due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Framer templates are final. We kindly ask that you review the refund policy below before making a purchase.

1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Once a Framer template has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances, except in the specific cases outlined in Section 2 below. We ask that you carefully review your purchase before proceeding.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:

  • File Corruption: If the template file is corrupt and cannot be opened or used, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days.

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, we will gladly offer a refund for the duplicate purchase after verification.

  • Incompatibility (with Framer only): If the template is found to be incompatible with the official Framer platform due to issues on our part (such as outdated components or broken logic), and we are unable to resolve the problem within 7 business days.

3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a refund in the above cases, you must:

  • Submit a refund request via email (arushi@jarvisatwork.com) within 3 calendar days of your purchase.

  • Provide a clear explanation of the issue, including any necessary evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).

  • Ensure the template has not been altered, duplicated, or resold in any form.

4. Use Termination Upon Refund

Should a refund be granted:

  • You will need to immediately cease use of the template.

  • All copies of the template, whether in your Framer account, on your computer, cloud storage, or any other location, must be deleted.

  • Continued use of the template after a refund has been issued may be considered a violation of intellectual property rights, and we may need to take appropriate actions to protect our products.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or buyer remorse.

  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins or external platforms.

  • Lack of familiarity with how Framer works.

  • Requests made after the 3-day window.

6. Modifications & Support

Our templates are provided as-is, and customization or personal adaptation requests are not included. We will, however, provide limited support for issues related to the template itself, though this does not extend to custom edits or training on using Framer.
